We are based in Gauteng but all other regions in SA are within our reach.

Our first planned Consultation session is free of charge with no obligation.
We then engage in a series of Strat sessions with Leaders of the organisation.
Spend time with members of the work force as to understand their frustrations and accomplishments.
We analysis the current programs and practices.
The outcomes of the sessions are then utilised to compile an in-depth report on current processes.
Select those that should be maintained, and those that need re-engineering.
Present new programs or practices that could be introduced.
Step 2
Once the agreed programs have been identified, a detailed plan will be presented for sign-off.
Costs will be tailormade as per the suggested requirements and a full proposal formulated.
Once both parties in agreement a plan is devised on implementation steps.
Dates will be outlined and a projected completion date will be decided on.
Step 3
Decision made if the company will implement or all implementation steps to be done by us.
Implementation of the new processes will commence.
Scope document will be formulated and recorded to clarify the goals
Meetings set up with Management Teams and Staff is required to explain process
Step 4
After an agreed period of time progress to be analysed.
We monitor success and provide any further modification needed.
Results based outcome report will be prepared and discussed
