DAWSONSCREEK is a consulting firm who’s main objective is to support and assist the Hospitality Industry in South Africa. Our passion lies in delivering a real and lasting impact to organisations and people. Our principles are based on practical involvement with your teams, implementing processes that are effective and leaving your teams with tools that work.

We are based in Gauteng but all other regions in SA are within our reach.

Our Founder and MD

Eddie has worked with some of the biggest brands Nationally and Internationally. Started his career in 1991, completed Hotel School and qualified as a Chef. 

He then moved on to managing restaurants and hotels in Cape Town before moving to Gauteng. Bought his first restaurant in 2000 and closed his last in 2006 before embarking on a new chapter in Gauteng. Dubai, UK, India, USA and Thailand are some of the territories he has plied his trade.

Eddie has an undying passion for our beautiful industry and feels it is his duty to give as much assistance as he can to business owners/managers. With a hands on approach, he will meet with you and your teams and discuss what solution you are looking for.
